playlist on iphone won't change the order that was set on laptop

hello my name is rebecca and i have a problem concerning my playlist on my iphone 5s: I changed the order of a playlist on my laptop (since this isnt possible on the iphone) and updated spotify on the iphone but nothing happened.

I tried again, then deleted the app and turned the phone off and on again and downloaded it again but the situation was still the same. what can i do to fix this ???

Hi.

You can change the order on your iphone. Do as following;

(1) Find and press your playlist, then press the settings button in the top right corner (3 dots).

(2) On the left of each song you can see 3 bars over each other, press and hold it, then drag up or down.

I think you got me wrong, I dont want to change the order of single songs but the order of the whole playlist.. I have more than 1.000 songs on that playlist and I dont have time to change every single song as you might understand 🙂 

what I meant was: the very first song that I put on the playlist is on top right now, the newest is the lowest so you have to scroll down to hear the songs that I recently added. Sofar I could always change the order so the newest songs would be on top... unfortunately this doesnt work anymore!

Ah I'm not the only one, I noticed that on my android phone this week end, I have a "favourite" playlist with hundreds of songs, it used to be the most recent one first, but now it's in reverse order (the most recent at the end). I didn't change anything in the playlist, it's still the most recent first on my computer...

Scrolling to the end to listen to the recently added songs is not an option because if I want to listen to the last 10 songs I added, it won't play them on reverse order anyway (also it's tedious to scroll to the end on mobile when the playlist is really huge)
