How can I change the name of a playlist I've created on Spotify?

In the playlist header there is a button with the label '...'.

There is a 'Rename' option in the popup menu that is opened when you click that button.

The only choices I get on the "..." on my IPhone 5 Spotify are "Start Playlist radio" and "Edit." Under "Edit" my only choice is to remove tracks
