My premium subscription was canceled, but the bill was paid, and I'm not understanding why she didn't return to work. I really need my account back, because I have to make my travels and I want to listen to music. Besides several other reasons I like to have my premium subscription back. I do not know more what to do for her come back. Already tried sending and resending several emails for Spotify to see if the situation changed, but nobody did anything about it. If the problem is not resolved soon I will have to unfortunately cancel my account because I will not be paying for something that does not work.
