"Go to queue" from the widget crashes

"Go to queue" from the widget crashes

1- Open the App from the widget on the home screen.

2- Go to a playlist.

3- Play a song.

4- Go to “Go to queue”.

5- Return to the home screen, then enter the App again from the widget… crashes!

 

It is impossible to access "go to queue", just by restarting the app.

Thanks for reporting this in the community! Can you please tell us if this issue is happening on a device running iOS 15 beta 4?

I tried following the steps you provided here but I couldn't reproduce the same issue on my end. I'm running Spotify version 8.6.52 Alpha, anyway, I think this is something related to the iOS beta version.

I tested it on several devices to make sure it is not just an error that occurs due to having iOS 15 beta 4 (iPhone Xs Max). And it also happened to me on devices with the stable version of iOS 14.7.1 (iPhone X)

Although I see that the version of Spotify that I have installed is another ... 8.6.48.1180

The problem arises whenever you enter and exit the App from the Widget and being inside the App in the "Go to queue" section
