re-download offline music after iphone reboot

My Question or Issue

Why do i have to re-download all offline music when i have to reboot the iPhone.

This happened a few times while traveling.   No offline music on the spotify after a phone reboot.  This is very annoying.  A possible explanation or solution would be appreciated

Sorry to hear this. I'd recommend a clean reinstall of the Spotify app. Please note that after reinstalling, you will have to download all of your saved songs (since you refreshed the app).

If the issue still happens after that, please let me know your iOS version and we'll go from there 🙂
