scrobbling to last.fm broken on iPad app version 7.9.0.545

On my iPad, Spotify does no longer scrobble to last.fm. My current app version is 7.9.0.545. In the "social" section, "scrobble" is now off at startup (it used to remember that I was correctly connected to last.fm). I can turn it on, but the "username" shows "name" instead of my real user name and when trying to change it, the keyboard just flashes and disappears on screen, making it impossible to fill the right name. On my Windows PC, scrobbling from Spotify is fine. I am afraid something went wrong in the last app version. I would be very happy to see it fixed. Thanks.

I have installed Spotify version 8.0.0.529 on my iPad today. I am not sure whether anything around scrobbling has changed, but I could enter my login data for last.fm when holding the iPad in "portrait" mode. When holding it in "landscape" mode, the keyboard just flashes as above. Now that I have re-entered my login data, scrobbling seems to work.

After using the app for a few days, I noticed that the scrobble feature turns off automatically after some time. Each time, you need not only to turn it on, but to re-enter your user name and password as well.
