spotify is offline

Hi some help in need,

I just upgraded to spotify premium, i have the receipt. I cannot get to use spotify, because it's offline. Please can somebody help me to get Spotify online and help me get it on my Iphone 4?

Fix this issue SPOTIFY - my PREMIUM service has gone offline totally and I am unable to get it back online...Ditto to other user - if this problem is not fixed pretty smartly I am cancelling my subscription and letting everyone I know what a rip this service is....essentially no real service at all
