sync iphone without W-lan

I don't have a Wireless-Lan connection set up in my house. Stil I bought Spotify Premium primary to be able to use Spotife on my Iphone 4s

my Question is: Is it possible to sync my playlists without W-Lan to hear those lists in offline mode?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Yes, just log into the Spotify application on your phone and your playlists will be there and you will be able to sync them for offline usage. The only thing you won't be able to do is sync local tracks from your desktop Spotify to the mobile one, as it requires the WiFi connection to work.
