My Question or Issue

I have recently downloaded & paid for the premium app, but my iPad & iPhone haven't transferred from free to premium.  How do I do that?

Thanks for reaching out!

 

It sounds like you might have subscribed to Premium using a different account than the one you’re currently using in the Spotify app.

 

To check, head over to https://spotify.com/account and log in. Does it show your account as on Free or Premium?

 

If you’re unsure which account has the subscription, try searching your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a receipt from Spotify. The receipt will include the username of the account associated with the subscription.

 

If you find a different account, log out of the app and log back in using the correct username. If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it here.
