OK i hope I'm not repeating this post. The message board is as messed up as Spotify itself.
I sent a gift subscription to my son to be delivered on 12-20.
It was not delivered. The price of the subscription was deducted immediatly from my bank account.
This email tag with Spotify is very annoying.
How can I either get my money back or have the subscription delivered ???
It's easy to understand why they don't have phone service !!!!!!!!
