Hola,el viernes en la noche realicé el pago de mi suscripción por medio de Apple y en la madrugada del sábado llegó mi recibo de pagado, pero al ingresar a spotify no me aparece la opción de premium y solo me dice que la cuenta está en gratis. Busqué en ayuda y pregunte en internet y seguí las instrucciones en apoyo a la plataforma de Spotify y no sirvió de nada,me comuniqué por medio de un correo con Apple para ver si venía por parte de ellos,me mandaron un instructivo para ver si se cambiaba y nada.
Y ahora llegue hasta aquí para ver qué procede,porque mi suscripción ya está disponible y yo no lo puedo usar.
