Wrong family subscription address entered

I made a big mess out of the family subscription, now my family is blocked out.
I started by filling the spotify premium address, however i thought I had made a mistake when inserting the zip code, and told everybody to do the same mistake that I did. At the end of the month they received emails to reinstate their zip code. Only one of them actually did, but the zipcode still might have been wrong! Now i have a family subscription only for me, in this month, and am unable to ask them to join again!
How can I correct this mess?
