Dear Spotify:
I have a comment about the disparate treatment of Spotify listeners based on when they purchased their Samsung Smart TV. I find it inequitable that Spotify is unavailable to Free listeners who purchsed their Smart TV before 2015, but is available to Free listeners who purchased their Smart TV in 2015 or after. See here. In my view, your service should be available to Premium listeners only, or to both Free and Premium listeners, regardless of when listeners purchased their Smart TV. Spotify listeners have no say in whether Orsay or Tizen was installed on their TV, and should not be placed by Spotify into different pricing categories on this basis. Please consider changing your pricing program so as to treat Smart TV users equally. Thank you.
