Hi!

Sorry, I have to write this even that nobody in this community can do anything about it.

I am sitting now for 1 hour trying to setup my 2 kids into the family account. First I have to create email-accounts for them since they dont have email yet. 

I had to tweak their birthdays even that spotify is pushing content for kids it is not allowed obviously to create accounts for kids. Super stupid.

Now that I got the invitation code and created a fake account for my son to include him in the family the stupid system tells me I cannot include him this account because something is wrong. This is so user unfriendly. Why is this **bleep** called a family account when I as a family dad cannot create accounts for my kids???

There is no support to call or no other help. No wonder family accounts are mostly used for illegal account sharing since it is in no way designed for families. 

If in this community anyone know how to setup kids-accounts, the help is greatly appreciated and should become a FAQ topic. But I guess my chances are higher by switching to Amazon ;-((
