I use Spotify on the Windows desktop app, on my Google pixel 2 Android phone, and via my Vizio M50 Smart TV (either via the Android Spotify app or my Google home Mini). My problem is when controlling Spotify running through my TV either via the Android app or through voice via the Google home Mini, songs stop playing at the very end and don't transition the next song automatically. I can press next in the app, or tell the Google home Mini "next song" and it plays the next song but it won't do it on its own. It's not technically paused, it just kind of freezes. I turned Crossfade off and gapless playback on but that didn't help. I unpaired Spotify with my Google home and re-paired it, but that also didn't help. The only thing that works is soft power cycling my TV via the menu options, but it's only a temporary fix. When I turn the TV off and back on again the problem resumes.
Thanks for any help.
