My Question or Issue
My card recently expired so I need to update my payment information but every time I try I get an error on the Spotify website. When I select 'update my payment information' in my account I get the message '500 Internal Server Error nginx'. Ive tried this in chrome and safari on my MacBook and iPhone. I looked up solutions in the FAQs and I saw a suggestion to go through incognito but when I do this I get the message '502 Bad Gateway nginx' when I try to log into my account. Please help, I just want to pay!
