Change of payment details

Ok, so I've had spotify for months never had an issue. Recently I changed from android to apple without any issues. However I recently got a new card and forgot to change my parent details and my account is now a spotify free account-I can't play any of my songs and it has to be on random shuffle. I paid for my account to be upgraded again and the money has been taken out my account but my account is still the spotify free account which sucks. Tried logging in and out and updating spotify which is doing nothing!! Any help would be amazing as I'm going insane without my spotify
