I cant remeber my info for which my credit card is linked too. My phone broke and i had to readd everything and none of my emails are working the ones that are don't have my info.. i need to know what to do bc i don't wanna pay for something i cant get access to. Already tried the online contact form and its not help at all.

Hi @Ken291 thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. Lets see if we can help you here. Couple ideas:

1) Have you looked at your bank statements to see which CC is linked to Spotify?

2) Sharing the Support page on Account Settings issues:

You can access for things like how to 'view your receipts' and 'change payment details' via that link above.

My bank statement doesn't give an email or my username

And I can't change anything to the account if I can't login

You bank statement should however list the credit card that you are using for your spotify account. If it says VISA or MASTERCARD next to the charge/date etc etc, it might clue you to which CC you have on file on your account.

I'm not looking for anything about my credit card, I know which is linked to my account. I need to find out my username or email address that I used
