15yo verified account unfairly suspended. I need help!

Hi everyone,

I’ve been a Spotify user and playlist curator for over 15 years. My verified account was suddenly suspended 10 days ago with no warning, and I received a message stating that my account had “engaged in unauthorized use in violation of the Terms.”

This came as a complete shock. I’ve always acted in good faith. I do not sell playlist placements, use bots or engage in payola. The only platforms I use are SubmitHub and Groover, which are transparent tools where artists can submit music for feedback, not for guaranteed inclusion.

My account is still public and visible, but I can no longer log in. One of my playlists has also disappeared without explanation.

I’ve contacted support 3 times via chat, and they said the case has been escalated, but I haven’t heard anything since. I feel helpless and unfairly penalised. This account represents years of work and is part of my life.

If anyone has gone through something similar or knows how to resolve this, I’d be extremely grateful for any help or advice.
