I moved your post over to the account section. There will be lots of questions like this today so I wanted to make it more visible to others that have the same question.
Emails will be sent out throughout the day so it should be sent to your new email sometime today. Also, if you still have access to the old email on the account, I would keep an eye out in case it was already sent there. I know this situation isn't ideal, but Spotify is doing it through email this year instead of a website.
I have now opted into News & Offers email notifications. Can you send me my email?

Unfortunatetly I no longer have access to my old e-mail... But thank you so much for the fast reply. I will keep my eyes open for mails from spotify 🙂

There is a lot of confusion this year because it is being sent through email instead of a website you can check. I found out that you had to have your email notifications setup by early December to be able to get the email that was sent out today. Spotify is unable to resend the emails. Apologies for the inconvenience if you are disappointed, and I will pass along any feedback you have about this.
My account is set up to receive all types of Spotify emails, and it has been set up that way for the past few years that I've subscribed to the service. However, I also haven't received my Spotify Wrapped 2016 stats. Just thought this was strange and very disappointing.
I received 4 emails from Spotify in November and have not changed my email address or made any changes to my email settings (where everything is enabled and has been that way since the start of my account), yet I still did not receive an email with my 2016 stats.
Any idea why not?
Seriously. I'm a premium subscriber and I can't access these stats since my account is stuck linked to an email I no longer have access to. This is a major disappointment.

I've only just realised that my notifications were not set to active for Spotify News etc.
I've now selected this, and have access to my original email. Does this mean the stats will be sent out? (As this is part of my subscription that I particularly enjoy).
Really poor customer experience if something that had been provided as standard for previous years is effectively removed without notice or notification.

Well that's a fairly embarrassingly obvious way of getting people to sign up for "offers" via email so you can try and sell stuff to them.

Why does spotify need to do everything in the most inconvenient way possible?
Do they have meetings where they discuss how to make everyone as mad as they can with stupid decisions like this?
If you have Twitter contact them publicly on their SpotifyCares account! Often the only way you can get companies to do something is to talk about it loud on social media.
