If I have Spotify on 3 devices and lose a device how do I deactivate the lost device

i hope this link helps you. As long as that device is offline, they are not able to play online music anyway.

Added to the previous suggestion, if you want to make sure that your account is secure, you may also want to consider signing out everywhere, just follow the steps here.

 

Please take note that this will log you out of all of the devices that you've used. (including the one that was lost, and those you still have). This is to make sure that no one will be able to use your account from the lost device.

 

However, for the devices that you still have, you'd need to log in again, and re-download offline playlists if necessary.
