Cannot redeem family premium

My brother gave me the code to redeem the family premium. But i cannot redeem it. It keeps on asking for the code even if I have entered it already.

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end.

I think it'd be a great help if you could send them that screenshot of the error message, and your brother's username.
