3 Months for 9.99 EUR

Spotify had an offer until the 1th of January: 3 months for 9.99 EUR.
So yesterday, 31 december 2016, I bought Spotify Premimum with the offer, but Spotify says my subcription will end in 1 month? So not 3 months??

I think you just did a normal subscription.

The offere you are talking about did only cost 0,99€.

I thought there were 2 offers here.

One of them with (like you said) 0.99 Cents, for people who haven't had a premium subcription before.

The other one was 3 months for 9.99 Euro, Spotify said in their advertisements that it is a 'thank-you gift'

I have a similar problem. I wanted to purchase the deal for 3 months/0,99€ and then in the last step the booked 9,99€ for one month! I do NOT want this! I want my money back!
What can I do to get my money back now?
I think that is absolute unfair what they did!
