3 month free premium for 0.99 cents

I took advantage of the 3 months free premium for 0.99 cents that showed up on a ad, but i realised a month later that it charged me 9.99 euro. It also took away my premium after a month. So what is going on? This ad appeared somewhere in december. Please help and fix this problem.
