3 month free trial

My Question or Issue

Hi! Im a new Spotify user who subscribed to the student premium last January 2020. I was promised a 3 month free trial after my 1 month paid subscription and yet after my subscription expired  I didn't receive the 3 month free trial. Whaf should I do?

Hey @Kreya, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you already tried the Premium trial in the past, you won't be able to get the 3-month trial.

In your post you mentioned that you paid for your subscription for a month and then promised the 3-month trial. You wouldn't be eligible for the trial because it's only for new users who haven't tried Premium.
