30 day 'free' trial isn't free . . Beware!

30 day 'free' trial isn't free . . Beware!

After giving the 30 day free trial of Spotify premium a try and deciding it wasn't worth it, I downgraded back to the free version three months ago in time before the recurring monthly fee went into effect.  I recently checked my bank statements and was upset to find that since then, I've been charged twice for the premium service of 9.99, even though I've been on Spotify Free the whole time.  I am going to go out on a limb and say this happens more often than not.  To Spotify, it is worth the leg work in jumping through the hoops of issuing refunds to customers only because a fraction of people will notice and take the time to file a complaint.  I will keep people posted on how my account is handled.
