404 error!!

I forgot my password so i got a reset link in my email. As soon i pressed that link everytime i get a error 404 spotify site? how can i get a working reset site? 

Please help!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

No worries, in this case, we'd recommend asking for a new password reset code here.

However, once you receive it, make sure to not click it. Instead, once you receive the new email with the new code, copy and then paste the link into an incognito or private window in your browser.

Once you've opened the new link in that window, you should be able to reset your password with no issues.
