My Question or Issue

I tried to connect my spotify account to my playstation 4. But it said that my spotify is already connected to another playstation network. I can't remember doing that, however I diconnected al my devices in my spotify account online. And I disabled all my offline devices. Still saying that it is connected to another playstation network. Tried to connect trouhgout my smartphone and with email. I don't know what my next step would be. Can somebody help me out?

Have you tried the "Sing out from everywhere" button in your account page?
