A random paypal payment

Hi,

 

I just got an email from paypal, that says I have paid €9,99 to Spotify Finance Ltd (premium-gbp@spotify.com) for a premium month account.

 

The thing is, I didn't, i almost never use spotifuggle. My account settings say that I have a free account, but my paypal tells a different story.

 

What to do? I don't want spotify premium, but I paid for it now. Not that got anything for that money.

 

Should I contact paypal for this? Or is there any way to find out what happend with my money? Maybe someone can see who paid with my account?

I just had the same thing happen to me and I didn't authorise payment as I dont have funds in my pay pal account. Bit rude if you ask me but thats just it, I would usually have to sign in to my pay pal account to confirm the transaction. I only found out when I was notified by email 10mins ago. What to do???

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
