Accidentally Deleted playist and can't into official thread

I accidentally deleted a playlist I put quite some time into, and could not figure out how to restore it. After doing so, I kind of lost my temper and deleted the rest of them, as well. I really only care about the one I deleted first, though. It's called "life without anger". If I could get that back, it would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
