Account Disabled

Account Disabled

I cancelled my Premium payment and was logged out and received an email saying my account was disabled for unauthorized use. I've had this account Premium for almost a year and had over 1,000 songs and plenty of personal playlists. Is there any possible way to at least get my account back, it does not bother me if Premium or not, I just want my account back. I was told to fill out a contact form which I did, and got an email with three options, and I keep trying them, but it seems like a loop, community which I already did once, twitter with no response, and FAQ's which didn't help.

Hi there!

 

As far as account disablings go, there isn't much that I or another community member can help you with as too many personal details are needed. You're best off attempting to contact the Payments Team. It's also worth noting that any third-party purchase could be in violation of terms and conditions and that may be why your account was cancelled.
