Account Disabled

Hi,

I recently had spotify premium and then I cancelled my subcription, and now my account is disabled and when I log on to my account on my computer it is on offline mode. So is there anything that the payment team can do to enable my account? All I need to get back is all my playlists, Im done with premium. I have already emailed back the no-reply email and it's been at least a week. My case number is 01474942

Only the payment team can deal with this and I know it can take a little longer than usual to investigate such cases. I'll escalate the case number now but its unlikely you'll hear anything before Monday so sit tight.
