Account Hacked 2 days ago and no response from spotify

Hi,

 

My account has been hacked 2 days ago.

 

I receive an mail from spotify saying that my my email has been changed while I didn't changed it.

Now I can't connect any more.

 

I sent an email to ‘account-details-changed’ to explain my problem as described in the email. No response

I open a cas number 04923079 to explain again my problem. No response

 

I thought that Spotify was a serious company which take care of security and of his clients

But I was wrong, there is really no support. I have only promotional email from Spotify.

 

Where is described on your site the way to solve this sort of problem? How can we contact Spotify support?

 

I had the same issue with netflix and the problem is allready solved.
