"FREE TRIAL" and charged within minutes

I was a spotify premium user until about a month ago when I cancelled my sunscription. I've still been using the free account to listen after I cancelled my premium. However, I logged on today and an ad banner stated "Come Back Try Spotify Premium for Free for 30 Days." I clicked on the banner and refilled out my info and submitted. It was not until AFTER everything submitted that my account was charged for the spotify premium service. I DO NOT want to pay for the premium service. I signed up for a FREE TRIAL not to be charge $9.99 again. I want a full refund!

Welcome to the group. I understand that things are quite confusing sometimes. Is the account that you are using is the same account that you had a previous subscription with ( a month ago?) because if yes, then you will no longer be eligible for Free trial since you're already a previous subscriber.   If you want the refund you may send the request directly to Spotify Contact Form . They can definitely have it corrected for you.
