Account Hacked

Hello there. Someone else is using my account and I can't get rid of him. I have changed my password, logged out of the Facebook option and removed all devices. But there is still someone else playing music on my account, which automatically switches to his playlists after I play a song online.

 

Cananyone help/advise?

The exact same thing is happening with me, I have reset my passwords, here and fb and logged out on all devices.

 

10 minutes later they are back on playing music I don't know to a device I don't recognise?

As you have already changed your password and logged out everywhere, next you need to contact Spotify support. They will take all the necessary and precautionary steps to secure your account and return access to you.

 

Please follow these steps to contact support:

  1. Go to the contact form.
  2. Select Logging in.
  3. Choose I can't log in to Spotify
  4. Click I STILL NEED HELP.
