Account Potentially Hijacked

Hello, quite recently I was driving and listening to my playlists when someone with an unknown desktop device started playing random songs on my account, preventing me from listening to my music. I proceeded to log out of all locations but today I logged on and many of my playlists were gone but a playlist I never made was created with my account which i proceeded to delete. I was wondering if there could be a way to see what devices were logging into my account and if I could recover my old playlists. Thanks!

I found someone with a similar situation from a previous topic and will try to get in contact with spotify. Other than that does anyone know if there is a way to recover deleted playlists?

As a user, there is no way to recreate playlists. If you're in contact with spotify support, maybe they could recreate them from a backup?
