 At first, i apologise for my bad english... 😉

My Problem:

When i try to recover my Password over my Emai, i get a message, that i will become an email, but i never get one.

When i try to recover my Password over my Username, i get a message, that an Error accured.

What can i do?

I should have a Premium account.  I am being charged for Premium and my account status is showing up as free but have not had Premium service for 2 months!  I have tried all suggestions in the community threads and nothing has worked.  I can't even cancel the subscription because it doesn't recognize it!!

How do I fix this, please help ASAP

How do I get a refund?
