I am using a third party application called EC Touch for the iPhone which uses your API so I can log into Spotify on my iPhone but control access to my music via my Pioneer car stereo's app mode interface directly on its display. Their application crashes like crazy ever since I purchase it for 5 months and in working with them to troubleshoot they have now asked me for my credentials to test my spotify account with their software. I am not comfortable providing them with my credentials. Is there a way for troubleshooting purposes that I can have you create a duplicate of my current account with all settings intact, albums, songs, playlists, etc... but change the password and username, and provide that to them for testing purposes?

You could contact the spotify account team to see if they have any ideas. You can always change your password once the developers have finished.

Good shout not giving them your login details, in general Spotify would never recommend doing that!

Depends on how your account was created, do you have a "Disconnect from Facebook" option in Edit/Spotify > Preferences?
