Account Recovery

Account Recovery

Hello,

I recently tried to merge my Facebook-connected account with my email account, and found the playlists, friends, saved songs and other information of my Facebook-connnected account had disappeared, and what remained was what was on my email account. In order to recover that information I then tried to disconnect from Facebook on the merged account, but now find that I'm unable to access my old Facebook-connected account, with its playlists, etc., except on my iPhone 8. The account number that now shows up on my phone is 1251935193.

I was on premium on my Facebook-connected account and I believe premium had expired for my non-social account.  The Facebook account's country was the Philippines and the non-social one was in the United States (but I think it's changed now to the Philippines).

I would ideally like to have my accounts merged, but with all the playlists, saved songs, etc. of my Facebook account, and then (if possible) to have that account disconnected from Facebook.

Thank you.

Hi @alonzovirata!

Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.

Let me know how you get on!
