Account Suspended - US$35,000 advertising investment

My Spotify account (“@vitrolaplay” <snip - Moderator Edit>) has been suspended because it supposedly engaged in unauthorized use in violation of the Terms.
Maybe what happened is that the volume of traffic my profile receives has generated a case of false alert to the Spotify team. In this context, I would like to clarify that all the traffic I generate for the “@vitrolaplay” profile, as well as for the playlists linked to it, is from real and highly qualified users. To give you an idea, in just over a year, it was invested around US $35,000 (R$ 175.000,00) in marketing campaigns to generate traffic from real and highly qualified users to listen to songs on Spotify. In practical terms, the traffic campaigns I manage generated 769,107 highly qualified clicks from users interested in browsing Spotify and listening to the music available in the app. In order to prove the investment made in marketing campaigns, I attached the report of my FacebookAds ad accounts.
Many of these users even post on social networks that they're listening to one of @vitrolaplay Spotify's playlists and tag us to say they're enjoying the selection or to recommend new songs. There are many data available to Spotify capable of proving that the entire audience generated on the @vitrolaplay profile was real people and highly qualified users, such as access IP, user behavior in the app, playlist sharing rate, among others.
As you can see, the suspension of the account “@vitrolaplay” <snip - Moderator Edit> was mistaken and puts an end to a community of highly engaged users on Spotify and other social networks.
Therefore, as I understand that I did not violate the Terms, but that I always acted in compliance with Spotify's policies, I ask you to review the suspension applied to the Spotify account “@vitrolaplay” <snip - Moderator Edit>, reactivating the access to it, as well as to its playlists and library.

Was your issue resolved, my account was recently suspended and I don't know why. Customer service won't tell me what's going on, the supervisors just end the chat on me
