Hello! I have a problem logging into my Spotify account. I can't reset my password via email because I'm not receiving emails with instructions. Can you check and help me regain access?
Now I am writing from a work account, added image to post

Can you please also make sure to check your emails junk/spam folder? It might've landed there 🙂

Unfortunately, both inbox and spam folder are empty.

Have you heard anything from them at all yet? In most cases, it shouldn't take more than 24-48 hours to hear back. 🙂 Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder.
