Hi everybody, I’m having troubles with my account.

I know people may have asked it a billion times, but how can I have back my account when the email and the password has been changed probably by a virus or illegally by unknown? 

I received an email from spotify services with an alert of the change of my email to one that looks like an autogenerated address. But I haven’t made any change. The email was sent right after a pop up window opened on safari, so I guess it should be a virus of some sort.

Please spotify is not answering any of my emails and I really don’t know what to do.
