Account does not exist

Hey guys I really need your help. Everytime I try to log into my Spotify account it tells me that the account does not exist. I have tried to change my password and when I write in my username I get the same message. I have called my service provider and they have told me it's nothing on their end and they even confirmed the username that I used was correct. PLEASE HELP !! it's been over a month now and I do not want to lose all my music and playlists. Thank you xox
