Account hacked - Spotify not replying to email

Account hacked - Spotify not replying to email

Hello,

My account got hacked, or something like that around 3 weeks ago, I have sent spotify an email, but they do not reply.

 

How long does it take support to finally reply?

 

I sent the e-mail to account-details-changed@spotify.com since that's what the mail I received said. (My email got updated without me doing it)

 

EDIT: This is not my premium account, I made this account to make this thread.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
