My Question or Issue

 My profile logged me out when I was out on a holiday for 3 weeks and when I came back (today) I tried to log back in.

Of course my password didn't work so I reset it.

When I logged in my profile pic and username were changed and some other small stuff was changed along my playlists and followers.

I'm guessing I got hacked..? Anybody got some similar experiences?

My username was changed to 'Jordan Cubas Alvarado'.

This question is pretty obvious.. but how should I prepare for any of this..? First time for me.. haha.
