Account issue

I have just upgraded my mobile phone and I cannot access my premium subscription account. When I logged in to check, Ive been down graded to a free account. Can someone please explain why as I pay for my account via Vodafone.

I would recommend reaching out to Vodafone about your premium account if that's how you're getting it. This is the post:

Check @SpotifyStatus for any service faults.

  • If you have Premium for Family, make sure the owner hasn't removed you from the plan. 

  • If you subscribe to Premium through another company (e.g. with your broadband/mobile provider, or with iTunes), check with them to make sure your subscription is still active.
