Account login issues

I have my account logged into my phone which is using my google account and it works fine. My computer updated (windows) and logged me out. I tried to log back in with Google and it says I don't have an account. I checked my account details on my phone and I'm logged in with my Gmail account.

Hey @Batman648,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

 

It sounds like your account was registered using your Gmail address and not your Google profile (hence the error message when you try to use the option Continue with Google). To access it, you simply need to enter your email address and password on the login page. If you can't remember your password, you can reset it here.

 

If you're not receiving the password reset email, check your spam folder and make sure that the domain spotify.com is not being filtered.
