I recently got a new iPhone and tried to log in on my phone after downloading the app I couldn't remember my password so had to change that but when I got on it was asking me to get premium but I already pay for premium and have recently just paid my bill

You may have a duplicate account on Spotify. Can you check your email for a Subscription mail from Spotify?

Hi @BR33 . Maybe what is happening is that you are trying to reset password for another account you were not using. This happens sometimes because, let's say I created an account with my fb but another person created an account with my mail address maybe because it's too common and somebody used it anyway. So when you are trying to reset your password you are actually referring to that second account and not the one you were paying premium. So basically it's a very confusing thing and all got messed up. So what you should do is to be completely sure that you got the right information to the account, maybe you used another mail address or try another recovery option.

 

At last, if you can't be sure about it, you should contact customer support who has access to all user data information by going to the contact form here:  https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/

1. Go to a "Still Need Help" Button
2. Fill the contact form with your problem description
3. You'll get an automatic email.
4. Reply that email with the same problem description.
5. Customer support will answer the mail within 24hrs.
