Account missing

My account randomly disappeared and I cannot login in. I have contacted spotify via email and did not get a response. I have been a premium member for a decade, what happened?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Which error message are you getting when you try to sign into Spotify? Have you tried resetting your password here yet?

 

Lastly, when did you reach out to Support? 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I only get a response that the email/password combo is incorrect. When I try to reset the password I don't get an email. I have checked my spam folder too. If I use my gmail email address, I get a generic profile that is not premium. My '<removed sensitive info>' account that I had for nearly a decade seems to of just simply vanished. I have emailed spotify support three times, 10/21, 10/22, and today 10/25. I am really upset everything is missing. Thank you

Could you check the steps in this article to see if you can try to locate your account this way?
