Account needs help

I initiated my account via sprint and facebook.  My iphone is now broken and I wanted to continue my subscription on my laptop.  i logged in with my facebook account and proceeded to listen to music.  I then began hearing ads and commercials; "I thought I was a premium member?"  Its the same account right?  I logged in on my facebook account because I was not given any other information.  This is sadly has been going on for three months.  Please help me correct this issue.  I am unable to get answers from sprint as this is a third party subscription.

You can check out your subscription status by logging into your online account.

If you are being billed but can't find your premium account, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this by tracking down your account using some billing details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
